Leslie has been the Executive Director of REDC since April of 2001. As the Executive Director, she supervises REDC staff, and serves as the spokesperson for our organization. Leslie is passionate about assisting businesses and entrepreneurs and is driven to make Richland County a better place for all. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she demonstrates the same demeanor towards everyone she works with. Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, and the outdoors, and photographing it all.
Amelia Messer
Project Assistant

Amelia has been the Project Assistant of REDC since April 2023. As the Project Assistant, she is responsible for the office management of the organization. She provides administrative support and acts as the right hand of the Executive Director. Amelia’s creative talents are demonstrated in our marketing. Her favorite past times are shopping, reading and spending time with her fur baby, Pepper.
